I’m writing a term paper on celebrity gossip and its evolvement, I tried googling things such as celebrity gossip evolement, celebrity gossip history and I just can’t find anything. Can somebody give me some other suggestions please?

Yeah, start with your old gossip columnists to your present ones: Louella Parsons, Hedda Hopper, Walter Winchell, Cindy Adams, Liz Smith, Perez Hilton. That should give you a start.
