McCain said she has time to figure out what’s next as she “hasn’t faded into insignificance yet”.
Now that Meghan McCain of “The View” has moved on and released a juicy memoir, is there going to be a candidacy for the daughter of the late Senator John McCain next?
“Maybe someday,” she said persons. “I’m definitely not at this stage, but I’m more likely to run for office than to host a show. I’m a lot more intrigued by that.”
The Republican expert said she would rather get into the political arena than host her own TV show. “I don’t want to be Tucker Carlson. At this point in my life, it sounds a lot more interesting moving to Arizona and running for office.”

However, she said her legacy could stand in the way of her offer. “People hate the kids of politicians. People hate it. So I would probably lose.”
Though she has no immediate plans after the Bad Republican book tour, Meghan said she wasn’t worried or satisfied about her life getting on. “I’m not quite insignificant yet,” she added. “I just want to wait and see.”
And if her name never gets a vote, she will consider working in another policy, such as a consulting job.
“I feel very at home with politicians. I feel very understood. We are all interested in the same things. And I feel really respected in a way that I don’t necessarily feel in TV media, which I do always worth it. “
